The quantity of money robbed through corruption one can buy many submarines.

I think it is much simpler to train porpoises to combat drugs.

Maybe we can train the porpises to speak Bulgarian and communicate with the Bulgarian political machine.

Sorry about the troubles.

This is a sensitive issue for the trucking industry in Greece which refuses to reform over licensing issues.

The problem is that due to the current - almost Byzantine - licensing system it costs more to ship goods from, say, Thessaloniki to Athens than to ship them from Athens to Berlin. It does not make sense and the trucking sector needs to be liberalized.

AES Plans to Construct USD 400 M Solar Power Plant in Bulgaria

Viking:

This is just a guess, but it might mean (and this is my concern by the way) that some foreign companies are trying to dump on Bulgaria older generation technologies which are far from optimum (and thus harmful to environment and Bg's potential).

In my view, it is absolutely imperative that Bulgaria demands and seeks to attract third (i.e. the latest)generation energy investments.

In the article it says;
"Bulgaria is undergoing a boom in the renewable energy sector, but experts have warned the government it could actually end up doing more harm than good for the environment."
It is a shame this means could not be explained. What are the negatives to the environment?

just asking
