absolutely right to cancel if the prestation is not in conformity..and ask for compensations in money somebody should pay the damages

Tourists Leave Bulgarian Beach Resort over Power Outage
Good luck getting your money back! There is no such a thing as getting your money back for accidents that are not the fault of the hotel owners. It is like trying to get your money back from a hotel if a hurricane or a tzunami hit the beach.
